I moved to the area 2 years ago from Virginia Beach (where I was born and raised). I feel like I’m still new and haven’t seen enough of the area. I, unfortunately, let my job consume my life as I was trying to make a good impression. Now, it’s time to take control of my life again. I told myself I would get out more and meet new people. I figured this would be a good way to start meeting people.
I am a fairly easy going person. I may seem somewhat reserved initially, but I will open up quickly once I get to know you (sometimes I will even talk too much). I am an honest and loyal friend. I am willing to do almost anything for the people I care about. Even though I’m serious about my job, I definitely enjoy my free time when I can. I try to spend time with my family and friends as they are important aspects of my life. I enjoy going out to a nice Sunday brunch with a few mimosas or the occasional happy hour for a nice cold beer. I enjoy traveling with friends when I need the occasional break from reality. I also don’t mind even just sitting at home and catching up on a show or movie on tv.
I’m looking for someone who is understanding of my busy life and would look forward to spending some free time with me. Now that doesn’t mean every minute of free time. I feel like every relationship needs a good balance of spending time with each other, time alone, and time with family/friends. He needs to be willing to experience new things…whether that is a new restaurant or some type of activity. He also needs to enjoy traveling. There are so many places I want to visit and I would love to have someone to share those memories with. Of course I want him to possess the typical qualities of intelligence, honesty, loyalty, goal-oriented, blah, blah, blah. Who wouldn’t want those things?!
I am a believer that things happen for a reason. People come in and out of our lives so we may learn from those experiences. Will you be that person that comes into my life so that we can share experiences together?
