I am a funny, compassionate, independent and driven Midwestern girl with a passion for travelling looking for someone to try new things and make memories with. I am a hard worker and do not settle for anything less than doing my best. During college, I studied abroad and got the travel bug. The world is my oyster! Visiting new cities, wondering around to see the sights, and finding secret hole in the wall restaurants to try the best foods is my dream life. I come from a huge, close knit family that has Friday night happy hours at home, fish fry during the summer, huge bonfires in the fall, and many family barbecues in between. My friends are a second family for me and I cherish them and the crazy shenanigans we've had over the years. I am down for going out to a bar, trying new microbrews and listening to a live band or staying at home making dinner and drinking a glass of wine. I LOVE to cook and am will to try most foods (there is a line I will draw at insects). I am looking for a man who is kind, family oriented, active, honest, confident, ambitious, and passionate about life and eager to try new things. Someone that enjoys a night in just as much as he enjoys a night out. Someone who will listen when I have a bad day and crack a joke to make me smile. Someone who takes the initiative to make plans and goes after what he wants. Usually I am the person to take care of others- it'd be nice to find someone who wants to take care of me.
