After a lot of not-so-gentle encouragement from my friends, I'm finally trying this out. I really don't know what to expect from this, but I do hope to make some good friends and long-lasting relationships along the way. I am a good-hearted, family oriented girl, looking for someone who has the same values and ideals that I have. I'm a loyal, kind person who cares about others. I'm not trying to make myself sound like a goody goody, because I can also be sarcastic, witty, funny, and I like a good challenge. I really enjoy traveling to new places. I've been to Nicaragua, Colombia, Costa Rica, Canada, France, Spain, Chile, and other countries, but the world is a big place and I would love a travel partner to go visit new places with me and try new things. I dream of going to the Sundance/Canne Film Festivals, and I'm also interested in diving with sharks. I also enjoy going to see football games, baseball games, rugby, water polo, hockey (yah the Sharks...) and I like basketball..I just really like sports and I get competitive and really into it. The same goes for board games...there was this one Scrabble incident...just kidding.
In my spare time when I'm not educating young minds or coaching swimming, I like to hike, be outdoors, I love Yosemite, (yes, I've climbed Half Dome), I like to swim, run, tan on the beach and listen to the ocean and just experience the blessings in life whenever I can. If I"m not out being active, I also like to read and watch good movies or listen to good music. I'll read anything, and yes, this sounds a little dorky, but I like Russian authors: Dostoyevsky and such. (don't judge me).
I love to laugh and I love when someone makes me laugh until my sides hurt. I love hanging out with friends and going out for the occasional happy hour or dinner. I enjoy good food, good wine (yes Napa trips are great) and good company. I'm devoted to my family and friends.
I guess this is enough, it's a little long winded, but my other description was pretty vague. Anyway, enjoy finding your partner in crime, who knows it could be me! :)

Go to a monster truck rally (don't judge)
Take archery lessons
Be on Jeopardy? (I sort of have a crush on Alex Trebek)...don't judge

Also: I will save many of you the trouble of asking certain questions that I see a lot, so I'll just answer them here for your convenience:
1. Q: "What kind of underwear do you wear? Thongs? bootyshorts? etc?" ...
A: I wear diapers.
2. Q: "Can you send me a sexy picture of what you look like right now?"
A: Absolutely not. Chances are I'm in sweats with a messy bun and sipping some sort of hot beverage and I'm too lazy to even bother taking a picture.
3. Q: "Do you want to "hook up"?
A: After 5 minutes of talking with you? No. And don't talk to me anymore. I'm not that kind of girl, unless you look like Jon Hamm and we're the last 2 people in a zombie apocalypse and we have to repopulate the world. Then probably still no...
4. Q: "Will you send me a picture of your "lady-bits"?
A: Again, no. I'm not that kind of girl. And chances are, I'm probably still in sweats anyway...or a diaper, maybe a giraffe onesie and unzipping is far too tedious.
So far those are what I've encountered, if you're inclined to ask me these questions before actually getting to know me, just don't.
Also I'm really not mean or too serious, but I am pretty self respecting and I wouldn't want to waste anyone's time :)
