Two words creative and quirky.
My leisure time is spent painting, drawing, taking pictures, gardening, camping, cycling, yoga-ing, ice skating, roller blading, running a tiny bit with my dog, and listening to music. (that is a lot of 'ings')
City life is not for me. About 15 years ago I fell in love with Maui. My goal is on track to move to Maui August 2014 or sooner. I have had too much of the hustle and bustle of South Florida.
I am happiest and completely comfortable in the ocean and the wild. While snorkeling alone in Hawaii this past August I met a very mouthy humu. (save the lecture, I know I know.) It's a funny story, one day maybe I will share it. A true animal lover at heart, I do not eat my friends, though since the humu took a few bites out of me I might need to make an exception.. Just kidding.
Being independent is a good thing but what does it say about the girl that goes to Maui alone? I currently work for Fire Rescue and own my own nutrition business. Currently, I am training to become a yoga teacher. I would like more than anything to meet someone wonderful. He just hasn't found me yet.
Though I am in Florida now, I am only interested in meeting new people in Hawaii.
I have no children. If I feel the need to raise a small person I will adopt. You can tell a bit about a person by how their children behave. Dating someone with kids is sort of a package deal, I understand. That being said please don't introduce me to a bratty disrespectful child or children. That is a deal breaker.
