These are a few words that describe me…and the man I am hoping to meet.
I am a woman with a very positive outlook on life. I love to laugh and enjoy the simple, and not so simple, things in life. I am always open to new experiences and feel that when we stop learning, we stop living. I strive to be open-minded, accepting, and realistic. I value honesty, loyalty and commitment. I am emotionally secure and able to communicate openly. Family and friends are very important to me. Making time for them and the significant other in my life are top priorities. I am loving, romantic and affectionate, and very much look forward to those things in a relationship.
I am the divorced mother of three wonderful, well-adjusted children (ages 15, 14, 11) and have an amicable, drama-free relationship with their father. My children are a very high priority, but I have learned that there is plenty of room in my life to share with someone special, too.
I am a financially secure accounting professional. I believe in working hard, playing hard and relaxing deeply. I enjoy music of all types, a great meal out, a quiet night in, and being outdoors whenever possible. I will happily join you occasionally on the golf course (if you are a patient man). While I'm not a big sports fan, I wouldn't turn down the opportunity to go to a UM football game, or to head downtown for the Tigers, Lions, Red Wings, or a concert…the energy of the crowd is great and seeing it live is almost always better than watching it on TV. I love to travel, whether it is a weekend getaway, a trip to Europe or somewhere in between. Listening to the sound of water lapping on the shore is one of my favorite ways to relax. I enjoy playing with photography, especially taking pictures of common objects in uncommon ways.
I am simply hoping to find a man who will compliment all the good things life has brought my way...and perhaps show me new things to enjoy. Ultimately, I am looking for an intelligent and caring man who will be my best friend, my true partner in life...someone I can laugh with, cry with, talk with and love unconditionally--knowing he feels the same way. The ability to communicate openly is a must…it is the basis for trust. Romance and affection are desired. Flowers and candlelight are wonderful...but a kiss good morning, a note just to say I'm thinking of you, a walk after dinner holding hands and talking about the day...those are the things that make every day special.
