You could say that I am that quintessential "bring home to mom" type of girl, but don’t let that fool you because I’m quite feisty by nature. I was born and raised in CT, graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology from Keene State College in NH, studied abroad in Australia, and returned back to CT to pursue a career in finance.
I am driven. I have goals that I have worked hard to achieve, and I continue to set new ones to conquer. I admire those who are ambitious, and strive to reach new limits both personally and professionally. So tell me, where has your drive taken you?
I am an athlete. My involvement in sports when I was younger has fueled my love for health and fitness today. Growing up, I played soccer and ran track. This evolved into triathlons in college, and over the past two years I’ve competed in figure competitions. It is important to me to find someone who enjoys working out and is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. I may be a wee bit competitive but I’m sure you can handle it!
Life is about experiences. I enjoy the thrill of trying new things, especially when it comes to travel! I love to drive, which is ironic because I have a terrible sense of direction. I am a very optimistic person. I try to see the positive in all situations, but life has its ups and downs. I’m looking for a partner who has a great sense of humor and can make me laugh in both the good times and the bad. I’m looking for someone who is intellectually stimulating and a good communicator - two qualities I find very attractive.
Family is so important! I am looking for someone who is close with his family as I am close with mine. When the time is right I want to have a family of my own, so if you don’t see children in your future this will not work. You could call me a bit old-fashioned, but I am a sucker for chivalry. Above all, I seek someone who is honest and respectful because I wouldn’t treat you any other way.
I don’t expect you to have the same interests as I do, but I promise to keep an open mind and I expect the same from you. I want to know what you like, what you find fun, what makes you smile, and I want to enjoy those things with you! It is important to be an individual, know who you are and hold true to that. I am a true believer that you need to know how to stand alone before you can stand together.
