Hello,
This part is challenging for me, describing myself. But here goes, I am an honest, simple down to earth person. I am just a good ol' southern gal, LOL. Intelligent, motivated, a little competitive at times, in a good way- it' s fun pushing yourself and others around you. I am pretty well rounded and open-minded. I enjoy learning and experiencing different cultures and ideas.
I believe we should all have live -bys a standard set of uncomprising values. My live-bys, as I call them are simple, treat others the way you want to be treated, say what you mean and mean what you say. Quality matters and respect is free.
I detest drama. Which means you must be mature if interested, i.e. no games, please. I do not participate nor create drama. With the challenges that life already throws why not spend time working together and toward building something rather than trying to tear someone down or mistreat him/her. It only adds more confusion to life. Life is too short for that.
Favorite belief, whatever you touch make it better than it was before you touched it. I do believe a lot of this world would be better if we all tried this at least once.
On a lighter note, I enjoy great conversation, and lots of laughter. I think I have a terrific sense of humor. I believe in being the best you can. So I am active in my church, God is my center. I enjoy helping others and giving back. You are blessed and humbled when doing for others.
In my spare time, I also like to work out, cook, read, listen to music, catch a great flick (sucker for black and whites) and shop, of course, lol. I also spend time with my family and friends. I am somewhat nerdy I enjoy watching the history channel, national geographic, documentaries, and science channel. I consider myself somewhat handy, I can usually fix the simple things that break around my house. Side bar- thank God for Home Depot.
I hope to meet someone of quality meaning a gentleman, sincere, honest, respectful, funny, kind, and loyal to whatever he does or says. Someone who wants to be able to spend time enjoying each others company- whether it is working out together, traveling, cooking a meal together, or just sitting and sharing in a great conversation. Just the basics of courtship and letting things take its' course from there. Time reveals all.
Side bar, if this entire view of myself or what I seek is a little old fashion then I do apologize, I am a lot more livelier as you get to know me.
I wanted to also state, I am employed, if you noticed I did not answer that particular question........I believe in hard work and enjoy what I do. But I am expected to keep it super secret.
