I am a growing Christian woman that is looking for a growing Christian man. I am not interested in smokers or heavy drinkers. I would like to find someone who enjoys a night out on the town as much as a night at home. I enjoy jogging in my spare time. I've run the gamut of races: countless 5ks, multiple 10ks, a half marathon, a whole marathon & I did a mini triathlon way back on my 21st birthday. I like to be active & would like to find someone that likes to be active together. I am looking for an honest, genuine man that is motivated & family oriented.
I'm a teacher & a certified athletic trainer. I spend all day making a difference in the lives of high school students, and my afternoons trying to keep them healthy so they can play the sport(s) that they love. There are few things in life that make me smile like seeing an athlete back on the field for the first time after sustaining a serious injury. A lot of people just work to be able to afford to do what they way to do in their spare time. While I sometimes desire that as well, I know that God placed me in my career to make a difference in the lives of my students & I am thankful that I listened to His call.
I grew up in metro Atlanta, but went to Samford University in Birmingham for undergrad, then on to the University of Alabama for grad school. I spent a year as an athletic training fellow at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs before moving back to Atlanta to be closer to my family. My family means the world to me & I hate that I missed so many milestones by being out of state for so long. I desire to raise my own family reasonably close to my family.
