Some of my favorite things: I love the color green; porches with swings; hot coffee; peanut butter; watching the stars fade from the sky as the sun rises; "I love you, mommy"; rain on a tin roof; the night sky in the desert; the ocean; hand-picked wild flowers; long slow wet kisses; swaying to good music in the arms of someone I care about; spontaneous adventures; motorcycles; bear hugs; back rubs; a good belly laugh; the sun shining on my face; my children's laughter; night diving for shrimp; hot tub'n in the snow; chicken schwarmas; a warm fire and something cool to drink; long soaks in a deep tub; crickets and lighting bugs on a summer evening; and intimate conversations.
I am looking for a man who knows what the word integrity means and has integrated it into his character. A man that is comfortable in his own skin and doesn't feel the need for pretense. A man who is trustworthy, reliable, compassionate to the needs of others, and is willing to try new things. A man that loves his family and enjoys spending time with them. A man who values intimate conversation and sees it as a means to a deeper relationship. Quick witted and intelligent but not overly intellectual and boring. A man that takes pride in his appearance but doesn't obsess over it. Someone who believes that an anniversary is something to be celebrated. A man whose smile makes my heart beat faster and causes my temperature to rise. Hearing his voice makes me giddy and excited. The thought of being in his arms makes me feel safe and warm...like coming home after having been away for a very long time. Looks are not everything but there has to be some physical attraction. Men that are generally attractive to me are not slight, slender, thin or on the skinny side of average. I prefer a man to be manly in the sense that he has some mass. The next thing I usually notice about a man are his eyes and if he smiles with them, wow! Now if you add nice broad shoulders, southern manners and intelligence, I don't know if I could resist.
