I moved to the Orlando area a few years ago, and so far love it. I occassionally think about those fun snow days or a nice fall breeze, but I love being able to have to doors open in the middle of winter to enjoy the sunshine. I've spent a lot of time in snow shoes/boots in the past, though too.
I have ecclectic tastes in most things...Movies, music, TV and books. My CD collection and Ipod have what I think of as a healthy mix. Some rock, some pop, alternative, some oldies...even a little bluegrass and classical thrown in for kicks. Generally on the radio I listen to rock and country.
I tend to be more of a dog person, but have known a few cats with which I remain on friendly terms. I have a Golden Retriever. He currently weighs in at 95 lbs but looks like he's 130. He may well be part horse....a fluffy horse that wishes he could be a lap dog.
As far as what kind of a person I am hoping to meet... A sense of humor is a must. An appreciation for sarcasm is even better. I enjoy time spent in large groups or just hanging out at home. Someone who enjoys traveling would be great too.
