Let me start with the most commonly found sentence on match.com....I'd consider myself a pretty down to earth and easygoing person. As cliche as it is I really do believe it. Now to be a little different....I seek out experiences that are out of the ordinary (zombie pub crawls, jumping into Lake Michigan in the middle of winter, cardboard boat races) and am looking for someone who will help me experience as much of life as possible and push me to do things I normally wouldn't do. I'm not freaking out that my friends are all starting to get married, but it does make it more difficult to meet new people and find new things to do.
More random personal info:
I love doing things outdoors, but also have nothing against drinking PBR at a local bar or staying in and watching horribly addictive reality TV (I mean have you seen Hoarders?). I have an amazing group of friends that I would do anything for. Unfortunately some of them have moved away/gotten married, and it gets harder to meet new people. In the past I was mortified by the thought of going on a online dating service, but I've realized that this could also be a good venue to find people who are just looking to find fun things to do and are sick of the formal dating routine. If you're a little weirded out by online dating, let me put you at ease.....I am not a serial killer. Although that probably is just what a serial killer would say to put you at ease.
If you haven't noticed, any conversation with me will likely be riddled with sarcasm, sorry if that gets annoying, it can't be helped. I try not to take things too seriously, and am resisting adulthood as best I can. So far I think I'm doing a pretty good job of it. So if you're interested in seeing all that the sparkling metropolis of Joliet has to offer or need someone to create a diversion while you commit petty theft, please feel free to email or wink at me.
