Well, here it goes. I would describe myself mainly as an intelligent, educated and intuitive woman looking for a man who is able engage with me on an intellectual level, but can just as easily relax and fall into being completely goofy with me at times. He would likewise need to be an animal lover, since I?ve got a few of them at home and animals are always going to be a big part of my life.
I currently work as a writer, mostly creating content for the internet these days, though I have been a contributor to several magazines and travel-industry publications in the past. My professional life has always been divided between office time and working around animals - guess I've never been able to make up my mind. I love spending the day outdoors and getting covered in grass stains, horse dirt or dog slobber. That being said, I equally love the ensuing shower and being able to feel presentable again!
I also love any excuse to get dressed up and perhaps go to the theatre, a concert, or even just for a nice dinner and a stroll on the pier. Before earning my B.A. in English Literature, I majored in theatre for a few years and loved every moment of it. I maintain an active interest in all the arts, although primarily the classics for which public appreciation seems to be dying out.
I absolutely love to travel and hope to have the opportunity to experience many more places in the not-so-distant future. And, hopefully, I?ll find someone who finds travel just as exhilarating to share my adventures with... I sure hope you're out there!
