My girlfriends have all managed to convince me all the "good ones" are NOT gone so I'm giving this a shot. I've been out of the dating game awhile thanks to a bruised heart but I'm ready to take a chance. Truth be told, I'm ready for ADVENTURE! Just need to find someone to help me take the wild ride of life.
I have a romantic heart (I'm a sucker for a love story) and believe in happily ever after. But I'm cynical and/or realistic enough to know that it takes hard work and there will be some bumps along the way. I thrive on controlled chaos which allows me to get lots done with very little style. HA!
I was raised by both parents who have set a great example of what love is: they were married for over 30 years and still acted like they LIKED to be around each other! ;o) Family means the world to me from the immediate to the extended. My friends are simply an extension of my family. I do my best to not take the relationships in my life for granted.
Traveling is a joy that I love to indulge in when time and resources permit. I also like to read and can't go a day without SOME type of music. Country is my roots but truth be told, I have a little of everything on the old iPod.
I've focused so much on my career the last few years I forgot to live! I'm ready to take whatever life has to offer and explore the world around me. Just looking for a guy to travel with. ;o)
