I hate writing profiles about myself but here goes nothing:
I am 32 years old, a graduate from the University of Maryland and current grad student at Southern CT State University. I have resorted to the online thing as a way to meet more people. Although I enjoy going to bars with friends and having a good time its not exactly the ideal place to meet people.
I spent the last 10 years working hard, taking care of family (we are a large and caring group) and figuring what I truely wanted out of my life. Answer: Although I loved my government work, I also loved vacation, free time, weekends, and spending time with friends and family outside of a work event a bit more. My life now: I work hard and play hard (its a balance thing that is hard to maintain when you are working 75 hour work weeks) and its time to concentrate on the me outside of friends, work and school.
I am close to my family, a dog-lover and enjoy the occasional quiet evening at home (although I am hardly ever here lately) as well as nights out with my friends and catching the shows of some friends who are in local bands.
In my free time I am a huge sports fan (jets, Yankees, Maryland). Love going or watching a great game its the athlete in me :) I also enjoy cooking for the people I love although I will warn you now my baking is NOT diet friendly, spending time with friends and family and of course my dog, Kenya.
I am looking for the person who is going to make me laugh, make me think and want to be a better person. Could that be you???
