I am honest, compassionate, independent, and smart. I'm also tough, ambitious, and sarcastic. I tell stupid jokes and I tell them badly. My parents taught me common sense and responsibility. Somehow through all the "walk it offs" and "cowgirl ups" I developed a heart and now care all too much about causes, issues, and people who are close to me. Right now, I'm just trying to save the world and I'm looking for someone who will stand beside me, not in front of or behind me.
My fitness has become a very important part of my life. I have specific goals that I plan to meet and have hired a trainer for the extra motivation to meet them.
I'm looking for someone who has his life together and is looking for something passionate and genuine. I also want someone to help me loosen up a bit and enjoy life again. Make me smile, make me laugh, and I'll be grateful. I've been attracted to different types of people over the years but if you can't handle unplugging for a week and camping out in a tent, it's probably not going to work. Also if you're a St. Louis Cardinals fan we might have a tough time.
I live in a small town so it's hard to meet new people. I'm also in a tri-state region so Match likes to set me up with people in the Quad Cities even though that is a solid 2 hours from where I live.
I believe a great relationship is built on a solid foundation of friendship and trust. And those things take time. But when it comes down to it, I'm not looking to settle for something that doesn't honestly move me and challenge me. Unless its a mad, passionate, extraordinary love, it's a waste of time. There are too many mediocre things in life. Love shouldn't be one of them.
