I moved to the Harrisonburg area in August 2012 for my job. It was a big move for me and I took chance that I was making the right decision. The good news is that I did make the right decision. I really like the area and have met some really nice people here. I grew up in a small town so I am a country girl at heart. work in the Human Services field and love helping others and especially love working with adolescents. I love sports and play basketball several times a week. I also love running and try and run 3 miles a day. I am huge fan of football and love the San Diego Chargers.
My work and school have taken up a lot of my time, but I want to find someone to share my life with. I can be a shy person at first; however, once you get to know me, you will find that I am a kind hearted and caring person. I am ready to find someone to come home to everyday. I wear my heart on my sleeve and sometimes that means that I get hurt in the process; however, I would never change that about me. You have to be willing to experience heart ache in order to find love. I have so much to be thankful for and feel blessed to be where I am today. The one thing that I am missing is love. I have worked really hard on my career and now I am focused on finding balance in my life so I can find love. I am looking for someone to come home to every night. I am looking for someone who likes holding my hand as we take a walk together in the evening. Someone who will go play basketball with me or take me fishing. Someone that I can grow old with and still fall in love with them each and every day. I do want a family and want to experience the happiness of being a parent.
