I'm an independent and politically progressive girl with a love of urban farming and all dogs everywhere (but especially mine). Although I love a rainy day with a good book, I really can't sit at a computer/desk for more than a few hours. I am happiest outside--hiking, camping, grilling or just tossing a toy around with my four-legged friends. I have a great sense of humor. It tends toward the snarky and sarcastic, but I can take what I dish out too! I'm loyal, adventurous, hard-working and creative, and would like to meet people who share those types of qualities.
I love tattoos and piercings (have several of the first, got rid of the latter). I still listen to punk rock and "country punk" like Kristin Hersh and Elliot Smith, and I have an innate distrust of authority. But at the same time, I would describe myself as respectful and open-minded, eager to learn from everyone I meet and every experience I have. I've moved around a lot, and have also been fortunate to travel internationally to some pretty terrific places. But right now I'm happily putting down some roots. Although I'm not looking for anything serious right away, I do think it might be nice to have someone to share them with.
