I'm liking the DC area so far, it just seems like there's not much time left in this commuters' nightmare we live in for socializing or dating the "old fashioned" way. Don't get me wrong, I'm not afraid to be romanced - I just haven't made it a priority until now!

Adventurous- I had a wonderful opportunity to live and travel in Europe; travel and learning are key to me. I come from a strong military family and even lived on a few different military bases in Germany. Military kids don't often have "hometowns," but I'll claim Virginia and Alabama for now (you can certainly expect the southern accent and charm to show every now and then!).
Active- Since moving here I have been able to indulge in as much volleyball as one girl could hope for, and love every minute of it! Currently, though, I'm on the "DL." I'll have surgery to repair a torn ACL (volleyball injury) this month, so guys that suggest outings that are crutches-friendly will score more points... ;)
Balanced- I. Love. To. Laugh. I love my job; my work commitments teach me balance and allow me to appreciate spending time with my big, Greek family or exploring my new DC 'hood. I've also been enjoying going church-shopping in the area to find one that "fits." Double-bonus points if you attend a weekly service.
Ready- I'm eager to see where this online experience takes me. I won't describe my "perfect guy" because I'm not sure it works like that. I believe in chemistry and romance, and am willing to see if that sparks with you!
