I am a relator in my approach to people in that I derive a great deal of pleasure and strength from being around those who are close to me. I can sense the emotions of those around me and see the world through their eyes and share their perspective. I don't always condone choices they make, but I do understand how they feel. Many times people are drawn to me because they don't feel judged or threaten, just understood. I take responsibility seriously and have strong ethics. My approach to solving problems is strategic in that I am able to sort through clutter and arrive at the best route. My theme is, "What if, Select, Go with it."
