This process can be brutal (I have often wanted to start a blog) but I just keep playing along. I am looking for that special someone who enjoys the same things I do (Active lifestyle/Laughter/Running & Exercise/Museums/Time with Family and Friends/Theater just to name a few). Someone who is confident enough to laugh at himself, humble enough to not realize how attractive he is, and comfortable enough in his current place and time so that he doesn't need me in his life, but wants me all the same. I am hoping to find someone to share my life with.
I am a Midwestern girl, my friends would tell you I am very active, funny, tireless and adventuresome. They would likely also tell you that I am a smart ass. I would say I am happy, adventuresome and playful. I am an extrovert part of the trade, so I can make a friend anywhere and usually do. I do like to play hard and try new things. Some of my favorite things are snowboarding, beach volleyball, swimming, weight lifting, dancing, football and laughing. I am love new adventures and would love to try some things I have not already been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to do.
I cherish time with my kids and now that they are almost grown (two in college one in high school), it is more precious than ever. I am finding that I have an increasing amount of free time that I would like to spend getting to know someone and exploring the world.
I have been fortunate in life and work. I work hard and take my work very seriously but outside of work I prefer a relaxed easy going life. I am hoping to meet someone who shares a good work ethic but understands that living is equally important and can balance the two.
What makes me laugh....everything and everyone. The world is an incredibly funny place. So if you can laugh at yourself and take note of the oddities and idiosyncrasies around I am sure we can get a good laugh in every day. I love to joke around and laugh if I can laugh hard everyday, I consider it a success. I am a very happy person and lead a drama free life and would prefer my counterpart be happy and drama free as well.
