I'm thoughtful, caring, curious, and engaging. I am looking for someone who is interested in learning and growing. I would like someone who can also be light hearted and have a good time. I am interested in finding someone who is warm and deeply caring.
I moved here from Northern California a little over a year ago. I miss warm weather and California wine! But I think we're relatively settled at this point and I'm ready to build a social life. I have a 5 year old daughter who is wonderful. I have primary responsibility for her as her father lives in California.
I am a pastor, and yes, I am an unusual breed--a pastor who is also a single mother and also relatively young (in the church world). I have a very liberal outlook and modern, educated approach to what I do and the place of the church, faith, and spirituality in the world. I am very interested in socio/political issues. I value diversity of all kinds and I believe our multi-faith context is a wonderful benefit to society.
I can be serious and introverted. But I have found that many of my best friends are people who can have the serious conversation but are also more inclined to be socially outgoing and look for a good time. I love people who really enjoy the small pleasures in life.
