About Me: I begin everything I do with God so of course I'll start by describing myself as a woman of God. I'm a confident, professional and intelligent woman – however there is so much more in this world that I am craving to learn. I am constantly evolving. I enjoy great conversations with the right people, and I tend to use bits of those conversations to assess who I am, and grow into a better person. I also believe that identifying, recognizing your strengths, as well as your weaknesses is downright empowering.
With that said my strengths are my passion, my analytical thinking, loyalty and commitment to whatever I do. I’m at a point in my life where being vulnerable/transparent is no longer an infirmity but a signal of strength. My weaknesses – well, we can save that for a later conversation.
I mean business but I know how to balance it all out with play. So despite my serious introduction, I do have an adventurous side. Nearly two years ago I was awarded a fellowship through my graduate program, so I packed up all of my belongings, left my family, and relocated to Brussels, Belgium for one year. I explored Europe – visited many countries/places that I had only seen in school books – and enjoyed my time there.
Nothing makes me smile more than enjoying a nice glass of wine with friends or even at home. Pretty cars (no, not the ones driven by ballers but at actual car shows) make me smile and so does football. I love to dance – music (specifically reggae) is my aphrodisiac. I love to host and entertain my friends. I have a funky habit of laughing at the most random things. I am also proud of my singing abilities in the car, in the shower and everywhere else - no, I can't sang lol.
About You: I don't require much nor do I have an unrealistic laundry list of expectations in a mate - all I ask is that he has ambition and treats me like a diamond. However II prefer someone with the basics: car, his own address, some kind of education and having employment.
