Hey!
So I'm completely new to this online dating thing, and I actually made my original profile during the power outage while watching the Super Bowl haha. Well, it kind of came back on (yay!) and although I know no one is great about writing about themselves (including me), I realized the Ravens' awesomeness is the reason I feel the need to re-write this haha.
So here it goes:
No, I am not a die-hard Ravens fan because the Giants are obviously the best, but I mean when the Superbowl is 1) between the 49ers and your state's team and 2) being held in New Orleans, nothing as silly as writing my own biography is going to keep me from watching!
Anyways, I have a B.S. in Animal Science. It was seriously the most amazing program ever and I actually looked forward to school everyday! I wasn't just in it for the degree... it was just one of the many perks:) I love science and agriculture, and absolutely adore all animals!
After college, I interned for several companies in addition to working for a local animal rescue organization. I learned a ton during that two-year time period and I am still an adoption coordinator for the dog rescue on the side. I recently started a new job in Northern Va and can entertain (or bore) you all about it some other time if you like... just dare to ask! ;)
The people who know me best would most likely describe me as (1) sweet, (2) fun, (3) ambitious, and (4) outgoing. True story. I don't do mean. I believe in treating others even better than you expect to be treated. Kindness goes a long way and a simple gesture really can make someone's day, week, year, and so forth. (Nice guys are not over-rated if you ask me!) Next to kindness, I think humor is the second most attractive personality trait that any person can possess. I'm pretty quick. That's the one thing I won't be humble about haha. I believe that happiness is something that you create within yourself. Find your passion and go after it. Make a difference doing something that you love. Life is too short to sit around on the sidelines because you're worried about breaking a nail. And finally, I love being around people. I am a total extrovert. I live for having the most random and hilarious conversations with a complete stranger at the grocery store, restaurant, and anywhere really haha. It's the best and always makes for a great story later on!
I would love to meet someone who is similar but different at the same time if that makes any sense. I definitely believe that opposites attract to some extent, as long as it's not polar. So if you're nice, funny, like animals, and aren't afraid of horses (not sure if that's going too far or not haha) you're golden in my book! Don't worry about whether I'll like you, I kind of like everyone so that's not an issue:)
