I enjoy building relationships--people are what matter most.
While my life has turned out nothing like I expected, it definitely has been an adventure! I'm grateful for the way things have transpired, and I know that if I hadn't been trusting God, but instead trying to throw my own agenda in the mix, I never would have learned what I have, grown the way I did, or experienced a plethora of new things. In the past 3 years, I was able to graduate with an M.A., move to Africa to teach English for 2 years, drive across the Cote d'Azur, ride a camel, spend Christmas night at the Eiffel Tower, walk through the Roman ruins (Et tu, Brute?), and pretend I was watching Shakespeare perform at the reconstructed Globe Theatre in London.
My life is truly blessed. I enjoy sharing it with others. I value friends, family, laughter, love, traveling, the sunshine, and really good dark chocolate. I rely on God's grace and mercy to get me through daily life; singing a song or two quite loudly never hurt anyone either.
In my ideal career, I would like to teach part time and devote the rest of my time to Christian ministries or a non-profit organization, building relationships with others and helping people walk through life.
I'm looking for a man after God's own heart; a family man with a knack for grilling; someone who loves the outdoors, but enjoys an evening as a couch potato too; a travel aficionado; an avid musical instrument player.
I would love to meet you!
