I grew up in a small town in North Carolina and have lived in the Charlotte/Concord area since I attended UNC-C. I love it here and have many great friends and a job I enjoy. I might have moved out of the small town but I’m still that girl at heart, complete with small town values and fantastic 4-wheeling and fishing skills. :-) I’m looking for a guy with the same old-fashioned values and who knows how to appreciate the small things in life. I am definitely attracted to guys who are outgoing, ambitious, and have a great sense of humor. Cooking would be a plus!
My family means the world to me and I spend a great deal of time with them. I love trying new things and meeting new people. The bar scene is fun for a night out with friends but not the place I really want to meet someone.
I’d like to meet someone with similar interests, who enjoys traveling, attending and watching sporting events, trying new restaurants, movies, and the normal everyday life of work and diner at home. I tend to burn the candle at both ends many weeks between work, rec sports, volunteer work and family time. I want to meet someone that makes me slow down and take time to enjoy the quiet moments.
