I live life passionately and from the inside-out. It is demonstrated thru the work I do as an artist/musician and a teacher.
I went from being a college baseball player to a professional bass player...toured all the US and have played in Spain and Ireland, as well.
Much of my work revolves around music and children. I have my own music career and am psyched to share that gift with children.
I love exercising...am very athletic...am slender and in very excellent shape.
Feeding the mind-body-spirit is important to me. I meditate- read a lot of positive books- write a lot to center.
I have been described as being laid-back, fun, talented, responsible, patient, trusting and a hard worker.
I eat everything...love to go out dining...go to see pals playing music...road trips rule...traveling to new countries...and laughing!!
