I'm a college teacher and recently moved to Staunton, VA. I'm originally from Chicago and previously lived in Toronto, Canada and Madison, Wisconsin, where I was a graduate student. People who know me describe me as a great friend, someone who is friendly, generous, dedicated, fun to be with and a good listener.
So far, I love the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley and enjoy getting out into it as much as possible. I'm generally up for hiking, exploring and spending time by -- or on -- the gorgous rivers running through the valley. I enjoy movies of many kinds, reading and traveling as much as possible. I love going out with friends for dinner or drinks, or to hear live music, but I'm also happy to stay in for a low-key night at home.
