Hey there! If you're looking for a sweet, smart, open-minded, down-to-earth, ambitious, athletic, (self-proclaimed) funny girl, then you have found the profile! I am a self-employed Music Therapist and even started up a second business providing healthy and homemade baked goods to Crossfit gyms. I am lucky I get to do what I love and make living off of it! I am sure most girls on Match probably say that they don't like drama, but I very seriously do not. I am extremely laid back when I'm not working or working out. I keep active by spending several days a week at the gym, running, or playing tennis, coaching volleyball, (skiing in the winter). I participate in 5Ks, charity runs, and obstacle courses so it would be nice if my partner was equally active (it doesn't have to be running related). I enjoy getting dolled up and going out for a nice dinner and drinks as much as I enjoy cooking at home and uncorking a nice bottle of red wine.
I am on Match because I obviously don't meet many men being self-employed, and I am tired of scoping out bars! I am not here to rack up dates, I'm just trying to find the right fit :). Im looking for someone with a killer sense of humor and a positive outlook on life. I'm looking for a man that likes to go out and try new experiences, is dependable, passionate, family-oriented, creative, healthy, and motivated. One of my biggest peeves is a man that spends all of his free time on the phone/computer/etc (especially if we are out in public). I don't have a specific "type" when it comes to physical features, but dental hygiene is important to me.
Here's a couple of fun facts about me;
I dont buy boxed pasta, i make my own!
Im an avid Red Sox fan.
I always think "that's what she said" jokes are funny.
I've traveled to 5 other countries and am dying to see more!
"Stellar" is probably the most commonly used word in my vocabulary.
I sing in a local rock cover band as a hobby.
I hate winter, but LOVE Christmas.
I've never seen an episode of any show with the word "housewife" or "kardashian" in it.
They say the way to a mans heart is through his stomach, the way to my heart is through laughter.
So, what do you think?
