Basically everyone who knows me tells me I act older than I am and most people I work with seem to forget I am only 25. I grew up quickly so I am "wise beyond my years" as they say and looking for someone who is on that same level. I am incredibly uncomplicated, I don't play games and keep things pretty straight forward. I love to joke around and try not to take anything other than work seriously but even that is negotiable. I volunteer for lots of different organizations and LOVE IT! I think it's really important to give back so I try to as much as I can in as many arenas as I can.
I believe in the balance of things in life and am interested in literally everything so I enjoy watching the History Channel just as much as I enjoy The Bachelor/ette. I am absolutely a life-long learner and enjoy reading, writing, and listening to live music. I am a huge foodie, studied wine in Germany and love traveling. I also like doing crazy things like jumping out of perfectly good airplanes when I get the chance. I am hoping to go Parasailing this summer.
My friends and family come first in my life, 100% of the time. Other important favorites: the color orange, mint chocolate chip ice cream, the smell of fresh baked bread, southern living, waking up and realizing I don't actually have to get up yet and coffee. All kinds of coffee.
For the sports fans I enjoy watching Baseball (Braves), Basketball (UNC), and Hockey (any). Football is negotiable but I am a Panthers fan even if they haven't had a good season since I was a freshman in college.
I don't necessarily have a type but I am looking for someone who is educated, makes me laugh, is an independent person who knows what he wants and generally just has his life together. I am not looking for casual dating or hook ups. I am looking for a serious, mature relationship though I prefer to take things slowly and let them progress naturally.
