Hey there! Where to begin... My name is Kelly, for starters. That makes sending me an e-mail a whole lot less awkward, as opposed to addressing it to, "Dear Make it Glitter," now doesn't it? I feel like 4,000 characters is just not enough space to fully encompass all of my charming personality traits, but I'll have to make it work, I guess. :D So here goes... About Me: I'm a teacher. Even though it doesn't come with an awesome paycheck, I do love my job. Every day, there's a different shenanigan in my classroom. Pencils in ceilings, notebooks flying out the window...you get the point. I'm not a huge fan of cold weather, but I do love snow days! Summer is my favorite (high-school-student-free) season. I like to be outside (hence, the affinity for warm weather)--the beach/pool, wine tastings, horse races, etc... Richmond has a lot to offer when it comes to festivals; I really enjoy those, especially if live music is involved. Country music is what I listen to most, although I'll listen to just about any genre when it comes down to it. Some other things I like to do in my ever-precious spare time: I go to the gym pretty much every day; I'm trying to make running more of a habit than a chore...but, it I think my legs have a different idea of what "running" really means. I love to cook, and can make a mean whatever-you-want-for-dinner. :) I love trying new things--but, I'm super-indecisive at times. Loves: Wine. Vacation. Sushi. Redskins. Flip Flops. Halloween and Thanksgiving. Neon Colors. Fresh Sheets. Who I'm Looking For: Really, I'm looking for a good-looking man (not boy, let's be clear), who is smart, independent, and can roll with the punches. I don't believe chivalry is dead, I think it's just hiding somewhere. People who still live with their parents and/or do not have their own vehicle need not apply. Serious! I'm a sucker for the tall, dark, and handsome; well, not really, just taller than me...and somewhat athletic would be nice. A guy who isn't afraid of the word "relationship," and whose world (and heart) stops (temporarily...not talking heart failure here) when I walk in the room. What can I say, it's nice to feel special sometimes! I want to feel the same way--call me old-fashioned. Hilarity is an obvious plus. Really, you need to meet someone in person to know if there's a connection, or not. To me, you either hit it off...or you don't; no hard feelings if you don't, because that's what "dating" is all about, right?
