not really sure how to do this but here goes....
I am new to CO (which I know doesn't make me unique) but to a TX girl who now lives where there is snow & outdoor activities it's a WHOLE NEW WORLD! I believe in the zombie apocalypse and like all Texans we LOVE our sports, guns and steak! The sweetest words I love to hear is "hook em horns" (yup I'm a longhorn girl) and if you say "honey, let's roll and see where this day takes us" then you'll probably get one hell of a Texas smile (maybe something more---rated G of course)! I'm funny, silly,(occasionally sarcastic--ok maybe alot sarcastic) kind, generous, loving, driven, and sweet (except when I'm not) ---but I'm Latina so thats my explanation ;-) My friendships are built on a foundation of silliness, sarcasm, the occasional inappropriateness (ok maybe alot of inappropriateness) and a good dose of shenanigans!
I'm proud to be a typical TX girl (although my sports teams vary far from Texas) LOVE my faith, LOVE my God, LOVE my amazing family & friends and I'm comfortable in my quiet, peaceful and drama free life. I'm not out to be model thin and if you are looking for a hot barbie doll sorry I'm Mexican so curves come with the package but like a good girl I'm always working on a more healthy lifestyle & given that I'm pretty active I don't feel the need to obsess about fitting an image that isn't me. I love to cook, like movies, music, concerts, SPORTS-----oh yeah and MORE SPORTS! I have two amazingly trained pugs who are always with me and I'm super proud to be a new aunt to the most AMAZING NIECE EVER. She is the reason I moved to Colorado and in the absence of having my own kids, she is a major priority in my life.
This online thing isn't my style but my friends seem to think I should give it a shot. If you can make me laugh, you have a genuine heart, you're honest and you have your life together then we will be ok. (of course if you like to travel, like adventure, like sports, like a good dose of shenanigans and are willing to try new things---then we are getting closer.) I'm very self sufficient, independent, secure and happy with myself and I'd like to find a partner who feels the same and is ready for something new, fresh and fun! I can't wait to check out what Colorado has to offer and who knows maybe a new friend to show me the way. :-)
