This is the hard part. Writing about yourself and what you are looking for is not always easy to put into words. Although online dating has become so normal, I am not sure if its definetely for me, but here I go!
About me...
I am a happy, down to earth and confident woman. I know who I am and what I want in life. I have been blessed with a very interesting life with tons of different experiences. Some bad, but mostly good. I appreaciate and I am happy to have both because they all define the woman I have become.
I am kind, compassionate, supportive and loyal to a fault! These are traits that are carried through each relationship in life- from professional, family, friends and romantic relationships.
I am fortunate enough to have a great group of friends and family that surround me. Although I love children in general, my favorite person is a 3yr old - my niece. The best and most important job I have had thus far in life is to be an aunt! She is the most amazing indvidual and I adore her completely!
If perfection is what you are looking for, I am not it. I am not perfect and do not try to be. I have my faults and proudly admit them, but I also know there is always room for improvement. I am the woman that is comfortable in heels but can kick back with sneakers and jeans.
The simple things in life make me happy...the perfect fall day in NYC, the laugh of a child, a good movie, a stroll in Central Park, a good bottle of wine and great conversation can bring so bring so much so pleasure ... i love and enjoy the finer things in life and occasionaly splurge on them, but not on regular basis.
I was blessed enough to realize some important life long dreams in my life and now I am concentrating on the next one...finding the right partner in crime.

Family & friends are huge part of your life. You are not looking for somebody to "complete you" but rather add to your life.
Your loyalty, repect, honesty and compassion are a given, especially to your partner.
Being a gentleman ( in every respect) and having confidence (not arrogance) is what makes you very attractive. Physical chemistry is important but not the only thing that keeps a relationship going.
