When I initially created my profile, I was looking for an "instant click", but having experienced just that and seeing it come to a short stop, I'm realizing more and more that what I want from my next relationship is something a bit more "slow-moving". I feel as though, ultimately, I'm searching for a friendship that develops to a true understanding, commitment, and unconditional love that goes beyond any physical connection or instant spark. I'm very straightforward and honest. One of the good girls. I spend a lot of time with family, and mine is huge. I'm the youngest of four, with 3 nephews and a niece, who I adore...and one more on the way! I value family because I truly believe it sets the foundation for who you become. I was raised to be very self-sufficient and independent. I love cooking, and am pretty good at it...okay, really good at it. I find that cooking allows me to release my sense of creativity and find it to be very relaxing. I've been placing a lot of focus in redirecting myself towards a healthier lifestyle. My work schedule is crazy, but try to exercise daily, whether it be jogging, zumba, or most recently Bikram Yoga. I've really enjoyed the new changes to my diet and fitness routine, and am hoping to find someone with similar interests (minus the Zumba! LOL)
As I'm getting older, I value experiencing new things and going places moreso than ever before. I enjoy the spontaneity of random events in the city, like scavenger hunts, shows, or museum trips. I also crave thrill and adventure, and absolutely love rollercoasters.
I have an interest in interior decorating and aspirations of owning my own business specializing in designs for children's rooms and nurseries. I'll be designing the nursery for the next little addition to my family! I can give off the impression that I'm very serious, but I love to laugh and am very sarcastic. I also have an incredibly silly side to me, too, which usually gets me in trouble. I love music, and am known to be a walking jukebox. Given a few drinks, I'm a karaoke superstar. NOT!
