Most would describe me as a confident, sweet, funny, down to earth girl next door. Outwardly, I have a classy, normal, polished appearance. But inside, I have a thirst for not-always-conventional fun and adventure. I am a true girly girl (but not high maintenance!), who always looks and smells terrific, even when I'm completely natural (I am *always* well groomed).
I am a bit of an intellect, and I enjoy a healthy debate on various subjects, with other rational, intelligent people. I also do not take myself - or relationships - too seriously, and I prefer to approach most of life with a calm, thoughtful and wise attitude.
I have a strong preference for no nonsense people, who are capable of expressing themselves honestly and being real with me. I don't expect you to disclose your entire life history on a first date, but as a relationship develops, open communication is extremely important.
As for my ideal guy, you MUST love sports, just like *I* LOVE sports!! (smile) I'm not really a TV fanatic, but you can pretty much bet at any time, that mine will be tuned in to ESPN or CNN. Being a well rounded woman, I have many interests, and hopefully you do, too. But if we're ever going to get beyond a casual friendship, you must be a real sports fan. I know...some of you are thinking "Is this girl serious?" lol But you'd be surprised how frequently I've run into this scenario with guys!
I also really appreciate a man with no hang ups...whether its about life in general, race, sexuality, religion (I am spiritual but NOT religious), etc. Life is much more fun without a chip on your shoulder, and frankly, people who have them bore me and bring me down. I have a strong preference for usually happy, positive people, who at least try to look for the good in others and in all situations.
I am not the type of girl who "needs" to be in a relationship. I love my life as it is. But I am very open to making room in my life for the right person. And even if you and I are not a great relationship match, we can all use another cool friend, for simply fun times (that would be me).
