I enjoy tennis, running, hiking, rafting, and anything else outdoors. In my spare time, I like to volunteer including coaching basketball and soccer with the Special Olympics.
I also like exploring the city and checking out the different special events, festivals, museums, and restaurants DC has to offer and it would be great to find someone who enjoys doing these things as well. I am just as happy dressing up for a fancy event or a night out on the town, as I am with staying in, making dinner and watching a movie, just as long as I am spending time with great company.
I grew up in the Midwest, went down South for college, and then moved to the DC area six years ago for work. I am very close with my family, and even though they do not live in the area, we try to get together as much as possible. Family vacations, holiday and birthday celebrations, and weekend trips to visit one another are constant throughout the year.
I love to travel and some of my favorite places are Norway, Sweden, Spain, London, Ireland, and Scotland. There are so many places that are on my list to visit and I am looking forward to making plans for my next trip.
I am enjoying my life right now and am looking for someone to share in all the fun adventures life brings. I am an easy-going, fun, kind, considerate, and caring person with little bit of a sarcastic sense of humor and I am hoping to find the same in a guy.
