I am looking for a man who loves God above all else (not expecting perfection though...just genuine love), who loves his family and friends, and who knows how to demonstrate his affection toward them. He should care about the way he treats people, other living things & the earth. It'd be nice if he could enjoy acting silly with me (I am serious most of the time, so sometimes I just need to take a break & be ridiculous) & he should share some common interests with me, in terms of what we like doing for fun :)
As for me, I love God above all else, even though I fall short all the time. I love singing & am a vocalist on the praise team at my church. I also enjoy hiking, bowling (though I am horrible at it), watching a good show with friends, experimenting with cooking, playing cards (I get very competitive with card games), etc. I am a complete nerd, who loves corny math, science grammar jokes. I value social consciousness tremendously & have a heart for the underserved. I am an educator and a scientist; I am currently in a PhD program for ecology & evolutionary biology.
