I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE TO START BY SAYING, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR JUST A BOOTY CALL THEN PLEASE GO TO THE NEXT PROFILE BECAUSE I'M NOT THE ONE FOR YOU. Also, I'm allergic to cats, so it wouldn't work if you have cats.
Here I am back on Match.com. I actually had a great experience when I was on here 3 years ago, so I figured why not give it another shot.
I'm the girl who her friends and family say "you're single because you want to be". I get asked on dates all the time, but I don't settle. Why waste any time if I already see it isn't going to go anywhere? I'm honest and straight to the point. I don't like drama. I prefer to put my passion and energy elsewhere. I'm a Giants and Mets fan (says a lot about my loyalty). I'm very involved in my community and have recently gotten involved in local government (I've been asked to join different executive boards which I still find shocking because I'm the youngest on all these boards, but apparently my ideas along with my work ethic are great). I'm not someone to complain about something without figuring a way to fix it. I'm confident, driven, yet humble.
I've learned to balance my life. I work hard, but I play just as hard. I take the time to appreciate the little things in life. After all, what is the point of working so hard if you don't take the time to enjoy life. I've accomplished a lot, and I'm now ready to share my life with someone else. I'm rather fortunate to be able to follow both of my passions (medicine & dance) while still making a difference. I have remained friends with most people I've dated. I believe that just because we didn't work as a couple doesn't mean we didn't work as friends. My exes describe me (Yes, I did ask them) as loyal, fun, loving, ambitious, determined, not a typical girl (I don't like drama and I tend to think like a guy), brutally honest and I was told not to forget sexy.
I'm looking for my partner in crime. I love to cook and bake but hate grocery shopping so someone who doesn't mind going to the supermarket would be the beginning of something great. (My mother however has been doing that job and loves it.) Someone who can have fun, but gets serious when necessary. Being good looking is nice, but you need some sort of intellect and personality to keep me interested. I like men who are somewhat old fashioned and manly. Not machismo, but just the right amount of manly.
I do have a young son, but don't worry you wouldn't meet him unless I saw that we were getting serious. I will say this about him. He is a definite mini-me and he lets you know. He's also the one who pushed me to get back on this site. Did I mention he's precocious? I've been separated/divorced for over nine years, so there's no "Baby Daddy" drama.
Thank you for taking the interest and reading my profile.
