If you asked my best friend, she would say that I am the funniest person alive (there have been times where I have either caused tears, painful abs, and sometimes liquid spewing through the nose -- not to brag!)
I love to laugh and I love being around people who I can be myself around. If there were two comediannes I can relate to, it would be Mindy Kaling and Tina Fey...and maybe Zooey Deschanel. I have a sharp tongue and sometimes it gets me into hot water (think Shakespeare's Beatrice or Kat).
I hope to attract someone who makes me laugh, who can take a joke; someone who gets along with my friends and family. I would like to date someone whom I can do things with but is okay with allowing "personal time" into the schedule. I read A LOT and expect my partner to have read a book since high school/college -- preferably not one assigned for homework!
I'm not a big party girl -- I'm pretty busy all week with school and coaching and I work most weekends. When I do go out, I like to be in good company. I LOVE a good meal! The years of waiting tables in high-end restaurants to put myself through school have refined my tastebuds -- they can be a bit snobby at times. But I like my steaks rare, my fish raw, and my wine delicious!
When watching movies, I lean towards comedies (there is enough drama teaching high schoolers!) I am very competitive when it comes to trivia -- love Jeopardy and kicking @ss in Trivial Pursuit.
