Ok my friends... The truth is, I cant do it any more, I cant just have
flings. I would like a nice girlfriend, who likes dancing
silly in front of me, watching dvds on a couch, playing with my hair,
giving me a stupid name and also repeatedly drags me into the bedroom
till i get annoyed by it.
I am a nerd with a love for math, electronic music and
science. I have done a PhD in a mathy subject at Stanford and was a
researcher for a few years... Believer in achieving big things in life
and making a mark. Took a break from science in 2007, transplanted to
the financial world and worked as a trader in New York/London for 6 years.
Recently moved to LA to run a hedge fund (with partners). Also working on starting a technology start up to develop early cancer diagnosis technology (through
statistical analysis of blood samples). It is a longer term project but it gets me
really really excited. If we humans can diagnose cancer early, we beat it!
In my spare time, I am into electronic music production. You can
find me in a cafe with my laptop and headphones. I also like the time I spend in the gym. Helps me forget about everything else for an hour... Took up latin dancing recently. And finally, I love nature documentaries! Lions, wolves, hyenas, zebras and all that! Especially if David Attenborough is telling the tale...
