I'm a woman of many colors. I grew up in the south, but always had an interest in other regions. I hear this makes me more patient than others! I am the type of person who stays late to help a co-worker, drives home and back in a day to be there for a friend or family member in need, but I know my boundaries. I can be defined by a string of oxymorons like edgy- traditional. Serious- carefree. So yea, I'm very serious about many things; especially my passions and people I love. I otherwise find myself enjoying the days unplanned. I remain fearlessly driven toward my future. My passion for life and my work promotes this drive. I intend to never cease to learn. I like to take advantage of all that I have now, my youth, the people in my life, and opportunities afforded to me. I do my best to let the little stuff go! life is just too short to fret the bs. I'm a straight shooter, and appreciate others who are as well. I believe in helping others, I take pride in being a woman, American, and myself. Each day I give my best to all that I attempt and whom I encounter.
It's very simple. I'm looking for a friend first. Someone like my friends; whom make me a better person and of course I intend to do the same in return. I like to take things as they come in general. Eventually, I hope to find someone who complements me and vis versa. I believe initial attraction is a must, intellectually and physically. There's a mound of substantial characteristics I seek in all people in my life, not just in men. Maybe ones that mirror my own: genuine soul, love for culture, family values, adventurous, practical, understanding, ambitious, comical, humility, etc. It would be nice to meet a someone who understands my independent nature, appreciates my thoughtfulness and optimism for life. I'd like a guy who is comfortable with himself and not afraid of personal growth. I like a well put together guy. I'm very chill and love good conversation where we can be honest, comfortable, challenging, surprising, and of course laughing! I'm new to the area and love the idea of playing tourist with someone!
