I am kind of a book worm but I also love movies. My favorite is Arsenic and old Lace, LOVE Cary Grant. I'm a fan of the classics and I'm pretty sure they're why I am what some call "picky." I've tried the conventional way of dating and that didn't really work out so I'm giving this a shot since it's becoming the normal way to meet someone. Family is very important to me and my close friends are my family and I treat them as such. I'm loyal to a fault and even though it is a good trait to have it can have its downfalls, some people don't deserve it. I'm looking for someone who does. I love not acting my age. It's great acting like a kid every once in a while, going to a cartoon movie, singing and dancing while no one is watching, or watching one of my favorite Disney movies.
I am looking for someone who is a good person at heart. Being able to hold a conversation is very important. I can be somewhat of a smart-ass and sarcastic so if I can find someone who can take a joke and even join in and give jabs as well as take them that would be great. My favorite sport is hockey, Dallas Stars, and I love going to sporting events due to the atmosphere. I've recently become a fan of baseball, Rangers, and have been watching more of it. Someone who is a hockey fan would be great but a sports fan who understands the love of a sport is great too. I am a lover of music and would need more space to explain.
I was born and raised in Fort Worth/CowTown. I love to travel, I just wish I had more time to see more of the world. I'm Texan to the core except for the whole owning a horse or cow. I'm a high school English teacher, therefore my mind will sometimes go to the "that's what she said" kind of humor, and I love my job.
