I'm simple. I'm a multifaceted personality with a good heart. I work a lot and attend college full time so I do not go out often to meet people. My family and friends are very important to me. I stay active because I want to be healthy plus I have a goal and I'm halfway there! I would like a man that can challenge me in that area since it is part of my lifestyle to stay physically challenged. I'm serious when I have to be but I'm more of a total goober that is walking encyclopedia of useless knowledge - I'd fit into the cast from Big Bang Theory quite well. I am the oldest of six girls and I have 3 nieces and 3 nephews (niece or nephew #7 is on the way!) - and I'm the favorite Aunt! Needless to say I'll be the first to jump into the middle of a nerf firing squad when the occasion arises. I'm also a fan of practical jokes so don't dish what you can't handle back. ;)~ I don't play games. I don't have time for drama unless I'm watching it in a movie. I love the outdoors and grew up fishing and was exposed to hunting; yes, I fish and as for the other, well let's just save those stories for later since we have to have something to talk about. ;)
Things I like: MUSIC, Maynard James Keenan, my violin, friendly debates, guitars, The History Channel, trampolines, Cards Against Humanity, horror movies, documentaries, hockey, football, board games on Friday nights with cocktails and friends, blankets fresh from the dryer, fresh fruits and veggies, fishing, hair color, tattoos, perfumed oils, pizza, Egyptian anything, blue roses, my Wii and Xbox, Soul Calibur series, anime, fleece, hiking, parks, running, yoga, dives, Calvin & Hobbes, coffee shops, tasteful sarcasm, German Shepherds, trucks, roller coasters, first responders, our nation's military, laughing, dark chocolate, Nerf guns, practical jokes, family, my Jack Lalaine juicer, steak, Halloween, sushi, fireplaces, and being completely random to name a few ;)
What I don't like: lack of accountability, geese, rudeness, hot tempers, bad ink, cold floors, messy toothpaste caps, dirty toilets, overfilled trash cans, dramacydal individuals who think their lives are over, chitterlings, snakes, reel mowers, lack luster comedies, screaming parents (it is not necessary to have a screaming match in the middle of Harris Teeter over a bouncy ball with a 2 year old), soft apples, people that own showers but feel they are unable to use them, the smell of burnt plastic (Yuck!), staying up late to finish team school assignments, unnecessary stress, lack of communication, bad movie plots, & guys on the beach or at the pool that look like Ron Jeremy in speedos....
I recently took up running and have come to love it. I started doing it 3 times and week and now I'm going 4-5 times a week. It is challenging for me right now but to go from 1.5 miles in 30 minutes to 2.4 miles in 28 minutes in 8 weeks is a serious accomplishment for someone that hasn't really ran since I graduated high school. It's all progress and life is about progression for the better :)
