About my life and what I'm looking for
My best match is with someone that looks a bit like me (on paper). A little bit techie, an on-line networker, a music fan, a night owl, one who is generous and genuinely cares about others. It is definitely someone that understands my busy and often crazy schedule.
I am a bit of a “life of the party” type of person you might say. I am attracted to the spotlight. You can find me on the microphone, on interviews, on radio shows and on podcasts. I am usually talking about networking events, social networking and on-line networking (particularly with LinkedIn).
People look to me as a leader for some reason. It seems like it has always been that way, at least singe junior high when I started being known for putting on the best parties. I am still known for this.
I am NOT a super outdoorsy person or adventure hound – no 14er’s, no camping, no fishing or rock climbing here (although I love VISITING the mountains). That filters who I am compatible with I suppose. I am urban, intellectual and well “plugged in” – especially in Colorado and On-Line.
I live way up in a high-rise condo in LoDo and really enjoy the “LoDo Lifestyle”. What’s not to like about living in downtown Denver and walking 4 blocks to work? My car sits for a week at a time. You could say that I have a “low carbon footprint”.
Words to describe me might be driven, charismatic, interesting, loving, romantic, sharing, affectionate, attractive, fit, genuine, visionary, a bit complex and outspoken. I am also imperfect.

CAREER – I am part sales, part technical, part entrepreneur and a full-time business owner with 4 employees. Office is in historic Union Station in LoDo – yep, they have offices in there.
ON-LINE NETWORKING – I have high visibility on almost all of the on-line social networks. I am open to business networking here on Match. com if that looks like a fit. Look me up. I am also on LinkedIn, Facebook, MySpace, Ecademy, FastPitch, Plaxo and Twitter.
MUSICAL TASTES – I prefer light rock including James Blunt, Steve Winwood, Sade, Natalie Merchant, Don Henley, John Mellencamp, Melissa Etheridge, REM or U2. I love a live show at the Paramount Theater or maybe Fiddler’s Green. I love Red Rocks too, but I value convenience a bit more now. Yes – I have an iPod (Red Nano, 8Gb)!
FOOD – You might say that I am picky and I might say that I have simple tastes. Meat and potatoes, BBQ, Pasta, Chinese, Mexican, Soup (especially on a cold day), Veggies and Seafood (as long as it’s fish). Sushi? Sorry, but I’ll go along with you. The better it smells the more I like it, but nothing TOO hot! Still, I am quite happy with a turkey sandwich and some chips.
HERITAGE – I grew up in Minneapolis (great place to be from!), spent 10 years in Phoenix AZ (I’m a Sun Devil circa ‘83), and have been in the Denver CO area for 18 years now. There is no better place on earth that Denver in my mind.
INTERESTS – Aah, that would be live music, networking (meeting people), technology, classic cars, the mountains, the ocean, “HiFi” and WiFi. I really enjoy interesting conversation on topics that I can relate to.
