While we may have pioneered the online dating space, we can't keep our leadership position by maintaining the status quo. We're committed to delivering innovative features to our members, and creative ideas and the people who generate them are the backbone of our business. We're always looking for talented product managers who understand trends in the consumer driven Internet and who want to drive our product strategy and roadmap. Coming up with creative ideas for cutting-edge online dating products, our product managers manage product features and enhancements from ideation to development and testing, along with post-launch performance monitoring and analytics. If you have a deep understanding of the customer, the problem and the solution, with a clear line of sight back to business objectives, then you could have a measurable impact on our product, our customer experience and the overall success of our business.

Whether you are passionate about marketing via "traditional" media, or about increasing conversion rates online, we are constantly looking for great marketing talent to lead successful campaigns across our consumer touch points. The Marketing and Public Relations Departments reach potential members and other key stakeholders through a variety of channels, including print, TV, radio and online media. Regardless of the medium, our Marketing Department is directly responsible for creating, implementing and managing successful marketing campaigns across all Match.com brands—domestic and international. Public Relations handles all news media outreach, including the blogosphere as well as the marketing of our success couples.

Customer Care ensures timely and effective support for all Match.com members (and affiliate company members). Working closely with our Technology & Product Teams, we provide direct member feedback on tools and features in order to improve the overall online dating experience for our members. We also interact with our members to provide a safe online dating environment.

Our finance and accounting teams provide ongoing support to P&L managers by generating financial analyses of operations, directing our budget and financial forecasts, and developing detailed, long-term plans for our business functions. Additionally, the team executes internal accounting functions, corporate development, business modeling and reporting for Match.com. The group also determines ROI for distinct marketing investments, performs competitive analyses, and creates long-range financial models for our multinational businesses and brands.
